Kathryn Sokolowski is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Anthropology, specializing in paleoecology and zooarchaeology. Her research explores the interactions between animals, including humans, and their environment in the past. Specifically, she studies how species respond to environmental change in South Africa over glacial and interglacial cycles.
